What you need.
This must be the most simple, yet effective creative shot ever. Grab a big book, a coin and a small light source. (Even a torch!).
The key to this one is balancing the coin in the book and positioning the light to make the heart shadow. Balancing the coin is the hardest part as you can't use anything to secure it as it will effect the shadow.
Settings
These are very simple. Don't make the room to bright (we need to hide the tripod if using one) but don't make it to dark (not doing long exposure here). So, late evening just after the sun goes down in a room with not much light.
ISO 100
f 5.6
Shutter (Variable)
Shutter variable?? yes. you see this is the only setting that we need to change to get the exposure correct. When I sayd correct I mean for the shot as we will be under exposing by 1 (This hides the tripod). But don't worry about the book being under exposed as we have a light pointing at it creating the shadow. (Sneaky!).
The lens
Again, very forgiving. But a good macro lens is better. This is also a good shot to do with a kit lens like the 18-55mm you get with the camera.
